Returns and Exchanges
To return your items, email Calimet’s customer service at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your order ID and reason for return.
Returned or exchanged items can only be accepted in its original, unopened condition accompanied with the original receipt. All accessories and free gifts (if any) need to be returned along with the purchased product in their original condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Returns or exchanges need to be approved by Calimet and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number needs to be issued before shipping back any items. Any unauthorized returns will cause delays or denial of refund. Calimet is not liable for products damaged or lost during return shipping. It is recommended to purchase tracking and insurance for any returns.
Calimet is not responsible for:
1. Any faults or damages to the product caused by unauthorized use or modification, including and not limited to exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc...) or improper operation.
2. Any faults or damages to the product caused by uncontrollable external factors, including and not limited to fire, flood, insects, animals, lightening strikes etc...
Return needs to be shipped within 7 calendar days after RMA number is provided or refund will not be processed.
Calimet is not liable for any items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Calimet is not responsible for any returning charges unless the refund is due to fulfillment mistake. For exchanges, customer will be liable for any shipping and handling charges that incurred during the process.
All refunds are subject to a 3% merchant processing fee plus any other fees incurred during the returning process unless returns are made due to fulfillment mistake.
It is at Calimet’s discretion to determine if the returned product qualifies for a refund. Returned packages or products that have damages or sign of use which affect their resale values will be considered as “not in original condition” and the refund will be deducted accordingly.
Any shipping, handling or additional costs associated with such products are nonrefundable unless the return reason is due to our mistake or a product defect.
All returns will be credited, less any applicable fees mentioned in this policy, via the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt. Additional processing time is normal for credit card companies to process a credit.
For bundle orders that contain discounted products, customers are not permitted to request separate refunds for individual products in a bundle.
